Working one-to-one with me, your sessions are tailored entirely to your goals, whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, working on balance, or simply progressing at your own pace without the constraints of a group setting. Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes and may include breathing exercises, meditation and gentle stretching alongside traditional postures, with props and modifications offered as needed so you can practise safely and effectively.

In a private setting, you have my complete attention throughout. I’ll watch closely for your movement patterns, range of motion and any compensations, offering detailed, individual instruction along with verbal or hands-on adjustments, whichever you’re most comfortable with. There’s space to ask questions, move at your own pace and explore your practice without distraction. Over time, this kind of one-to-one work builds trust and a deeper connection, both with your instructor and with your own body.

Sessions can take place in the studio, at your home, or online, at a time that suits your schedule. Afterwards, I’ll help you build a simple home practice to continue your progress between lessons.
