Based in the heart of Alderley Edge, our Dharma Yoga Cheshire studio offers a range of styles to suit every body and every stage of practice, including Vinyasa Flow, Dharma Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama.
We run classes for beginners, intermediate and more advanced students, alongside all-levels sessions for those who like to practice together regardless of experience. Classes are also offered at different temperatures, from a gentle, cooler room to a heated practice for those who want a deeper release.
My name is Gráinne Morgan. I am a yoga professional with a 200, 500, 700, 800 and 1000 HR RYT and a level 3 diploma.
I am passionate about how I can help support my clients to better their life on all levels and guide them through this wonderful ancient practice and science of yoga. I am confident in delivering and preparing a yoga session in all environments – from group settings, corporate, yoga teacher training, children and private 1-1 sessions.
The philosophy and fundamentals of yoga are a huge part of my daily life and practice.
