My name is Gráinne Morgan. I am a yoga professional with a 200, 500, 700, 800 and 1000 HR RYT and a level 3 diploma.

I am passionate about how I can help support my clients to better their life on all levels and guide them through this wonderful ancient practice and science of yoga. I am confident in delivering and preparing a yoga session in all environments – from group settings, corporate, yoga teacher training, children and private 1-1 sessions.

The philosophy and fundamentals of yoga are a huge part of my daily life and practice.
